Are we a good fit?

Wings Luxe takes your health and safety seriously. On all of our Australian domestic discovery trips, Government imposed social distancing requirements will be adhered to where applicable. Each vehicle will meet the relevant state guidelines regarding per person social space. Hand sanitiser will be available on all of our tours. Face masks will be available for all guests upon request. All suppliers used across all of our products will need to meet Covid 19 Australian regulations.

 At Wings Luxe we personally curate each element of every journey. We meticulously design experiences that are unique, memorable and life-enriching. Experience in the luxury travel industry since 2004 ensures that you are in the hands of a respected and knowledgeable host.

We hand select superior accommodation to complement each journey.  Boutique residences, five star hotels, villas and the best available in remote destinations. At times, we select an accommodation experience to match the journey. 

Yes, travel insurance is mandatory. On the journey ‘Booking Form’ you will be required to provide your policy number and relevant travel insurance details.

Yes, dietary requirements are catered for. We ask that you inform us of any specific requirements on your ‘Booking Form’. We will do our best to accommodate all requests however do ask that you take responsibility for your choices whilst on tour.

The number of guests varies depending on the journey. Our journeys cater for a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 18.  The Multi-Generational Journeys are dependent on the family group size.

No, not at all. Our journeys are for people of all ages. We have guests in their 20’s through to guests in their 80’s. Grandmothers, mothers, daughters, granddaughters, friends, sisters, fathers, uncles, brothers and colleagues of various ages. 

Yes, we do. Many of our guests come as solo travellers and enjoy the security and enjoyment of being with other travellers. If you would prefer to share a same sex room, we will do our best to assist with partnering you with a travel companion, however this is not always possible.

Yes, we offer single occupancy rooms for guests who would prefer not to share. A single supplement is incurred as the room will be occupied by one guest instead of shared by two guests.

A suggested packing list for your chosen international destination will be forwarded to you at least 60 days prior to departure.

Absolutely. You will be escorted by an experienced and personable Wings Luxe host on every journey.

No. Our journeys start from the first location point as itemised in the chosen journey brochure.

Wings Luxe accepts all major credit cards via Stripe (2.9% bank issued fee). We also accept PayPal payments (2.9% fee) and direct deposits into our company bank account. All journey prices are in AUD and all payments are processed in AUD. (Australian Dollars)

An initial deposit is required at the time of booking. The remainder of the journey is to be made in two stages. The first stage is due 180 days prior to the departure date at 50% of the journey cost less the initial ‘non- refundable’ deposit. The full and final journey payment is 120 days prior to the departure date of the booked journey. A final invoice will be issued for any Credit Card or PayPal payments that incur bank issued fees and will be due for full payment 60 days prior to the journey start date.

Sojourns are between 3-4 days in duration. They are a fabulous break close to home, to recharge and renew. Sumptuous accommodation, gourmet delights, all delectable meals, private transport and signature experiences. They can include, but are not exclusive to; boutique brewery and distillery visits, soothing spa treatments, paddock-to-plate dining, art appreciation, highlights walking tour, wineries and ‘meet-the-maker’ experiences.

Journeys are 5 Days + to get to the heart and soul of a destination.

Sumptuous accommodation, gourmet delights, all delectable meals, private transport and signature experiences. Can include but not exclusive to; ‘Meet and Greet’ local artisans, special guest appearances, boutique brewery and distillery visits, soothing spa treatments, retail therapy, street art style and delicious by design dining.

Multi-Generational travel refers to people of various ages, often various generations of one family, travelling together. We curate personalised signature journeys for multi-generational groups, normally three generations – children, parents and grandparents however these fabulous journeys can also include aunts, uncles, cousins and siblings.

At Wings Luxe we curate two types of Multi-Generational Journeys.

  1. Co-Ed – for the entire family (male and females)
  2. Female Only – For the women of the family. Grandmother, daughter, granddaughter, aunts, nieces, cousins.

We have considered everything, so that you can unwind, relax and enjoy time with your loved ones.

When you need a break but haven’t got time for an extended holiday. 

A ‘Daydreamer’ is a full day discovery in a chosen area.

Each Daydreamer will be different and will have a different focus for the day. 

Boutiques | Barista’s | Design | Decor | Distilleries | Homewares | Cuisine | Farmers Markets | Paddock To Plate | Art and Soul or a combination.

Fully hosted by a professional local Journey Host. Can include: Tastings and/or lunch, private transport, distillery, brewery or winery visits, day at the races or a round of golf with a twist.
