WHAT COVID 19 PRECAUTIONS HAVE BEEN IMPLEMENTED?
WHy choose a wings luxe journey?
At Wings Luxe we personally curate every element of a journey. We meticulously design experiences that are unique, memorable and life-enriching. With experience in the luxury travel industry since 2004, we ensure that you are in the hands of a respected and knowledgeable Journey Director and team.
what standard of accommodation is used?
We hand-select superior accommodation to complement every journey. Boutique residences, five star hotels, villas and the best available in remote destinations. At times, we select an accommodation experience to match the journey.
IS TRAVEL INSURANCE MANDATORY?
Yes, travel insurance is mandatory. On the journey ‘Booking Form’ you will be required to provide your policy number and relevant travel insurance details.
DO you cater for dietary requirements?
Yes, dietary requirements are catered for. We ask that you inform us of any specific requirements on your ‘Booking Form’. We will do our best to accommodate all requests however do ask that you take responsibility for your choices whilst on tour.
How many guests are on each journey?
The number of guests varies depending on the journey. Our journeys cater for a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 18. The Multi-Generational Journeys are dependent on the family group size.
is there a special age group range?
No, not at all. Our journeys are for travellers of all ages. We have guests in their 20’s through to guests in their 80’s. Grandparents, mothers, fathers, daughters, sons, granddaughters, grandsons, friends, siblings and colleagues of various ages.
I'M TRAVELLING ON MY OWN, DO YOU CATER FOR SOLO TRAVELLERS?
Yes, we do. Many of our guests come as solo travellers and enjoy the security and enjoyment of being with other travellers. If you would prefer to share a room, we will do our best to assist with partnering you with a same sex travel companion, however this is not always possible.
ARE SIngle occupancy rooms available?
Yes, we offer single occupancy rooms for guests who would prefer not to share. A single supplement is incurred as the room will be occupied by one guest instead of shared by two guests.
WHAT SHOULD I PACK?
If necessary, a suggested packing list for your chosen destination will be forwarded to you at least 60 days prior to departure.
are all journeys professionally hosted?
Absolutely. You will be escorted by an experienced and personable Wings Luxe Journey Director on every journey.
WHAT IS NOT INCLUDED IN MY JOURNEY?
- Mandatory travel insurance
- Items of a personal nature – purchases, laundry, beverages (that are not included on the itinerary) telephone calls, incidentals
- Mini bar and other hotel costs
- Excess baggage
- Air travel fares and associated arrangements
what is included in my journey?
- All inclusions as itemised in every tour brochure
- All decadent meals
- Sumptuous accommodation
- All tipping/gratuities, porterage and local taxes
- Private transportation throughout
- Group transfers to and from the destination airport at the start and conclusion of each journey
- Professional, experienced Journey Director
- All-inclusive, daily sightseeing
ARE AIRFARES INCLUDED?
No. Our journeys start from the first location as itemised in the chosen journey brochure.
what forms of payment do you accept?
Wings Luxe accepts all major credit cards via Stripe with a 2.4% bank issued fee. We also accept PayPal payments (2.4% fee) and direct deposits into the Wings Luxe bank account. All journey prices are in AUD and all payments are processed in AUD. (Australian Dollars)
When is Payment due?
Initial Deposit: Due at time of booking
Progress Payments
Second Payment: 50% of journey cost (per person) less initial deposit Due: 120 days prior to tour departure
Full and Final Payment: Remainder of outstanding journey funds Due: 60 days prior to tour departure
Credit Card and PayPal bank imposed fees will be itemised and sent as a seperate invoice for immediate payment.

Sojourns are between 4 – 5 days in duration. They are a fabulous break close to home, to recharge and renew. Sumptuous accommodation, gourmet delights, all delectable meals, private transport and signature experiences. Possible boutique brewery and distillery visits, soothing spa treatments and plate to paddock dining.

Journeys are 7 Days or longer in duration to get to the heart and soul of a destination.
Sumptuous accommodation, gourmet delights, all delectable meals, private transport and signature experiences. Can include but not exclusive to: ‘Meet and Greet’ local artisans, special guest appearances, boutique brewery and distillery visits, soothing spa treatments, retail therapy, street art style and delicious, by design, destination dining.
what are multi-generational journeys?
Multi-Generational travel refers to people of various ages, often various generations of one family, travelling together. We curate personalised signature journeys for multi-generational groups, normally three generations – children, parents and grandparents however these fabulous journeys can also include aunts, uncles, cousins and siblings.
At Wings Luxe we curate two types of Multi-Generational Journeys.
- Co-Ed – for the entire family (male and females)
- Female Only – For the women of the family. Grandmother, daughter, granddaughter, aunts, nieces, cousins.
We have considered everything, so that you can unwind, relax and enjoy time with your loved ones.
There is something special for everyone.
Are Wings Luxe multi-generational journeys open to male family members?
Yes. We haven’t overlooked your male family members.
At Wings Luxe we curate two types of Multi-Generational Journeys.
In addition to our ‘Female Only’ Multi-Generational Journeys, we always curate:
- Co-Ed Multi-Generational Journeys for the entire family (males and females)
